Slovakia is bad because we have 1500 cases in one regular day.
We can go out of our houses just between 1pm and 5pm. We don't have more spa in hospitals.
So we're at home and we study from home and so on as it was in the 1st wav I'm browsing some cool BBSes and creating some ascii art.
Well, some people are not believing that COVID-19 is real. Or believe or not someone still don't know how to wear a facemask. We're closed till november 27th.
We will have a long time in home. Please be careful.

I personally blame everybody, since we, as individuals, are just taking no precautions and acting as if nothing was happening at all.
There is no fixing stupidity. You can decree a curfew but it won't do good
if people keeps having beer parties at home and whatever.
What I find disheartening is that we have all the bad from the virus - panic, lack of confidence, government overstepping - but none of the good - people being reasonable and taking precautions.

Everyone may know it, but a lot of folks don't want to admit it out loud. Those folks, in the US, appear to mostly be on the left side of the spectrum. I watch news from other countries, and it seems like folks in India, Australia, and Taiwan seem to understand full well where it came
from and are not as shy at putting the blame where it belongs.
It's fine to place blame on someone else but now the blame is on (us). The American people. Many feel their civil rights are being violated when you tell them they have to wear a mask. They don't want to be told they can't go out to dinner. Everyone wants to blame somebody else for Covid-19. Blame Trump, Blame the Blacks, blame the medical people for not have a vaccination. This shit is never going to end. I'd just like to see

China is too important to many country's economies. Wait until we figure out how to reduce our dependancy on China manufacturing and see what happens.

The lockdowns are already happening and are inevitable. You can thank all the A-holes that don't wear masks for that. We will never have any evidence one way or another because not enough people are them for any length of time. Wearing them now is too little too late in my view. I can't get it because I don't let anyone near me so I could care less who wears a mask. My Mom died 15 year ago. People want to get their mothers sick that's their choice. But But ..maybe if I wore a mask she would still be alive?

I am not sure it is China's model, but it is probably someone's. IIRC, and maybe I don't, China was not the first area to lockdown publically. They were still in public denial mode when some places locked down.
